Georgia governor signs hate crime law protecting police for rightfully earned disgust, in wake of Ahmaud Arbery shooting
A Win /Win for the toxic ADL and its spawn, who work both sides of the political divide at all times, and also sends police chiefs on private vacations to Israel in a rampant form of bribery.
The new hate crime law – which imposes additional penalties for crimes motivated by a victim’s race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender or disability – passed the state’s General Assembly on Tuesday. The law also mandates data collection on hate crime incidents in the state.
Georgia had been one of only a handful of states without hate crimes legislation.
“This bipartisan legislation is a powerful step forward. It’s a sign of progress,” Gov. Brian Kemp said in a press conference Friday. “Frankly, it’s the silver lining in these difficult times.”
While proponents of the new law heralded its passage as a victory for racial justice in Georgia, many also argued that the simultaneous passage of a separate bill undercut the safety of Black residents.
Last week, Senate Republicans attempted to add police as a protected class to the proposed hate crimes legislation. But, in a last-minute bid to gain approval, the parties agreed to move those protections to a separate bill, which also passed. The bill protects first responders from “bias motivated intimidation,” defined as when a person maliciously targets a first responder based solely on their employment.
The Georgia NAACP says the additional protections for first responders would “further create a toxic divide in our state.”
“This compromise in the political process will forever ring throughout history as a signal that Black lives are a bargaining chip toward a political end and dead, black bodies are a expendable commodity in the halls of legislative power,” Rev James Woodall, State President of the Georgia NAACP, said in a statement Friday.
Arbery’s mother, Wanda Cooper-Jones, said that the bill providing additional protections for first responders “is more dangerous to our community than (the hate crime law) is good.”
Of all the insulting, toxic, racist ideas floating around in Americas cesspool of a culture is the udea that white Jews are somehow more at risk than African Americans.
In fact, among the tens of thousands of historical lynchings, burnings of whole towns, killings, and other mayhem targeted at whites by whites; and whites towards blacks; and whites towards Native Americans, the Chinese, LatinX persons and others, we see exactly one Jewish person was ever lynched.
His name was Leo Frank, a convicted pedophile, and child murderer, who, it was said tried to frame a black man for his crimes. You can read more about that case here (which unsurprisingly occurred “coincidentally ” in 1913, the same year that the international octopus of the Federal Reserve was dropped on US shores ).
And, you can see what the Anti Defamation League has to say about the, um….horrific abuse heaped upon ADL members, and others like them here.
From the ADL website, the horrors of suffering, over….pictures and words:
Books, plays and, above all, newspapers, depicted Jews with crude stereotypes. Against this backdrop of bigotry and intolerance, an attorney from Chicago named Sigmund Livingston, put forward a bold idea—to create an organization with a mission….
Um, yeah. There simply is ZERO comparison between what black Americans have endured, and what these interlopers on others racial pain claim.
And, yeah, the war on whites, by zionist Jews; and the war on Jews by radical christians ; and the war between christians and Jews over who stole the Babylonian Talmud first is a real thing; and it is indeed toxic, international, and very real. And, it is how gang stalking derives its basis in synthetic, religious culture.
