Gag orders and gang stalking: 9th Circuit Appeals Court judge Jay Bybee's son- a gang stalking victim?

Speaking of gag orders and gang staking- was “the forgotten man,” 9th Circuit Appeals Court Judge Jay Bybee’s son gang stalked to death?
Or- was it “gang staking?”Or, even feminist jurisprudence and the stanky lutefisk of hidden internet operations?

Judge Jay Bybee, aka “the forgotten man” of the “waterboarding memo’s” son was found dead in front of Las Vegas Mormon Temple. Does Jay Bybee have any regrets? I bet he does now. Shoot me an email-let’s talk about gang stalking and staking!

One doesn’t write about the son of a judge lightly-and especially, writing about such when that judge authorized torture is probably not even wise. Even MORE dangerous if that judge sits in a district where they might eventually have to recuse themselves from a case that might come before them about “gang stalking.”
But journalism demands that the writer ask HARD questions, and hopefully, the answers to those questions benefit the public at large.
Sure-torture is A-OK with me. Why not? It’s less stressful than the Whistling and Whittling Clubs attacking you all over the internet for decades (search this blog for posts about Mormons.) Or any of the many DVIC and NGO cash cows mooing in your yard at night, and shining lights through your blinds. I mean- what’s a little water up your nose compared t being webterrogated by Morons in Eddie Bauer loafers for over a decade?
So, in that light, I ask out loud and plain: was Scott Bybee gang stalked to death? And I am certainly not alone in asking such a question, because many ex-Moromons are asking it too.

Related Stories: What are LDS church “stakes?” And- what are Mormon endowments, and did this son-of-a-judge have them with him when he killed himself?

You might recall that Mormons-like Scientologists are known for gang stalking, ala the “Whistling and Whittling Clubs of Nauvoo” and that the FBI is well aware of gang stalking-but for SOME REASON- refuses to make it a policy to investigate it.
Hmmmmm. That seems like a pattern among political police everywhere, as the East German Stasi, or Stalin’s Cheka/NKDV, or Hitler’s brownshirts seldom asked “Hey- if you see someone is following you, manipulating you, bullying and threatening or blackmailing you SAY SOMETHING!” Because it was them DOING IT. Or, their deputized community policing garbage.
So-in the case of the suicide of Scott Bybee, who shot himself in Las Vegas, and which was swept under the rug by the MSM- I think I saw something! And, I AM SAYING SOMETHING! Ex-Mormons are wondering whether or not he was wearing his sacred Moron Underwear!

I think Scott Bybee was gang staked into a forced suicide, and many ex-Mormons also verify that gang stalking is real, and that they too, felt suicidal when it happened to them (gang “staking” is a variant in Masonic and police stalkings of whistle blowers and others).
As any astute reader of OGS will soon discover, I write about things that can get me killed-because, for the most part, those who practice OGS are protected BY the FBI, and other agencies that derive tons of capital from the federal budget for looking the other way in these cases. And silencing, as we see, is a top-down scheme of social control.
And, I think Jay Bybee’s kid might have been “one of these cases.”
You see, Bybee’s kid shot himself at the foot of the Las Vegas Mormon Temple. And, he did it when the church was PACKED to the rafters with “worshippers.” Too bad no atheists were on the case then-because in all of that worship, religious types frequently forget to do the basic math of survival, such as “one plus one makes two.”
See where I am going here, little missionaries? I bet if we crowd sourced the death of Scott Bybee we could solve a HUGE social problem-and bring this horrific practice of OGS into the light, where the Constitutional guarantees of due process could take place.
But, see- OGS is a practice that seeks to replace “God” and instead, puts “hidden police investigative tactics and techniques” under color of law policing, aka “gray area policing” in Gods place in the thin disguise of “hidden police investigative techniques” that are APPALLING on every level; and this is a sectarian enterprise that works “in darkness.” See how that works? Humans replacing God, in gray area is ALWAYS a formula for disaster-and abuse, and fraud, and frame jobs.
I mean-ask yourself- what would it take for YOU to kill yourself? Why would you kill yourself? For me-and believe me, I have been through hell and back answering this question-for me, it boils down to ONE SIMPLE THING: Not being able to speak words about my experiences, or experiences THAT OTHERS gave to me to experience.
And this is by design of the occultists who work in free-Masonry, and it’s many affiliated NGO/community policing schemes. it even has a word: “gagging.
Here- have a look at the practice of Masonic gagging (and also have a look at this post about symbols used by GS). And then, have a look at the dark arts of slander-then let me know if you see any patterns….
Yup-gagging is what secret societies call it-like a bound victim, some use speech, an words to use against us-to “gag” our speech-and to toxify the sanctuary of due process rights, and Constitutional guarantees under color of law and authority.
See where I am going with this? I mean-any profiler worth shit would know that stopping each and every channel for communication can ONLY create negative outcomes.
Such was the case when Randy Weaver’s kid was killed by you guys. And, such was the case when David Koresh attempted to form a cult as powerful as your own, or that of the other fanatical patriarchal religious orders who do their dirt “in darkness.”
And before these men-MEN- was Philadelphia MOVE, and more. It seems that anyone who challenges or repudiates the fanaticism of Jewish-christian occultism, and their handlers among the tribal rakhil and their paid mercenaries ends up kinda’ dead. Immolated in some cases, as we see with the mysterious suicides of the Ferguson activists and other Black Liberation individuals and groups (seems like some still want to keep slaves).
So-gagging is now in the hands of those who practice it skillfully-and who target the relatives of those who are highly placed. And, some of those are the same that your organization/s once tormented. Just food for thought.
A word to the wise? You should feed those junkies outside the Los Angeles Mormon Temple better, so that they don’t have to steal. AND: I still want my GPS back.
Here- ask exMormon’s about Scott Bybee-and many of them are wondering “did Scott Bybee have his endowments with him?”:

And here is the official story that ran in Time magazine calling Judge Bybee “the forgtotten man” (likely because John Yoo fit the profile of a bad guy to most Amercan’s-like the “Evil Dr. Fu Manchu” or something):

Jay Bybee has been called the “forgotten man” in the mounting furor over the CIA’s harsh interrogation of imprisoned terror suspects — but he’s quickly assuming a leading role. Though the mild-mannered lawyer has attracted little public attention, as a top Justice Department official he approved an array of so-called “enhanced interrogation techniques” against alleged al-Qaeda members that many observers call torture. They include forcing prisoners to stay awake for a week or more, waterboarding them and trapping them with an insect to exploit their fear of bugs.
Now a federal judge, Bybee, 55, led the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel from November 2001 to March 2003 and signed off on a 2002 memo, recently released by the Obama Administration, authorizing the rough stuff in clinical detail. Along with his deputy John Yoo, Bybee infamously claimed that interrogation practices aren’t legally torture unless they inflict pain resembling that of “serious physical injury” such as organ failure or death. While supporters say the policies helped keep the country safe in the wake of Sept. 11, critics say the memos are illegal and helped pave the way for the abuses seen at the Abu Ghraib prison and elsewhere. (See pictures of the aftershocks of Abu Ghraib.
Though Bybee wasn’t the only person responsible for crafting the Bush administration’s interrogation policy, unlike his erstwhile colleagues he continues to hold public office, sitting on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He now faces calls for impeachment from Sen. Patrick Leahy, former Obama aide John Podesta and the New York Times editorial board, among other corners. The Justice Department has distanced itself from much of Bybee’s work and is reportedly preparing a scathing internal report that could call for him and others to be reprimanded or even disbarred.
Associates say Bybee was working under intense pressure and isn’t proud of his controversial work. As a friend told the Washington Post, “I’ve heard him express regret that the memo was misused.”

Do Mormon's have souls? The sordid fact that the CIA torture psychologist was a a Mormon Bishop

In America, “we don’t talk about politics or religion,” which is really like saying the same thing twice, because in nations that are “shepherded” by people who suffer from religious delusions and mythological narratives, the blur is astounding-as is the likelihood that you will encounter institutional psychopaths.
While few are surprised that psychology has a major schizophrenic narrative going as it attempts to rationalize it’s cozy relationship with corporate drug dealers, aka Big Pharma, that other  feature of madness is peeking out: many who work in psychology are themselves master manipulators and institutional sociopaths who hide behind the ultimate “mask of insanity.”
So, again, it is important to detox our minds from the influence operations effects, an when we encounter the terms “no touch torture” and “gang stalking” on the same page, we have to consider that institutional socipaths and organized religion are also nearly one and the same, for telling lies, or presenting myth laced history as fact takes a certain kind of “special person.”
SO without further adieu, I would like to note that one of the two CIA torture psychologists was a Mormon Bishop. That means that 50% of the load that tortured people unconscionably was Mormon. Are you seeing any patterns between that fact and this one?
Are you seeing any patterns yet about claims of “organized gang stalking” or torture, “no touch torture” or institutional sociopathy in the FBI for example? No? Well, keep them blinders on folks-because the ride gets messy when we overlook the fact that the FBI et agency is loaded with these types.
CIA torture Doctor Bruce Jessen is a Mormon Bishop:

An article in the NY Times today talks about more details that have come out about the CIA’s enhanced interrogation techniques after 9/11 and the men who created them. Turns out that both Dr. John Bruce Jessen and Dr. James Mitchell, the two main architects of the techniques (later condemned as torture and ineffective by the Senate Intelligence Committee) are LDS, and Jessen was made a bishop several years later. This guy not only helped devise the torture techniques, but also carried them out and trained others to do so as well. This included fun and lighthearted games (/s) such as the following:

  • Stuff the prisoner in a tiny box and poke them through holes in the side.
  • Waterboarding (in some cases until prisoners became completely unresponsive, with bubbles rising from their mouth, having involuntary stomach and leg spasms, and when they woke up, hysterical pleas for them to stop)
  • Walling (putting the prisoner’s neck in a collar, then using that collar to repeatedly slam them against a wall)
  • Dousing with buckets of ice water while naked and shackled
  • Dangling from the ceiling by the handcuffs for days on end to induce sleep deprivation

He was already a highly controversial public figure well before his calling as a bishop in Spokane WA in 2012. His company made $81 million for their role in developing and implementing these techniques. You can bet he paid tithing on that torture money (thank goodness it didn’t come from the lottery, or the church would have had to reject it!) The stake president who called him was well aware of his involvement but called him an honorable, trustworthy, and humble man and of course defended him (the church is awfully good at defending awful people) saying “the whole story has not been told.” His name was submitted to the First Presidency for approval (as all potential bishops are), and the church spokesman refused to comment on the matter. He was unanimously sustained by his ward as well. He’d also served as bishop for another congregation in the ’80s before all of the torture stuff went down. Luckily he resigned a week later, but holy hell, what poor taste in leadership! And how disturbing that nobody in his ward, stake presidency, or even the first presidency had any qualms about his appointment! I’m breaking out this story next time somebody defends that bishops are by default good people. Bishops don’t deserve to be trusted or respected by default anymore than any random joe shmoe on the street. Some are good, some are bad, and members really need to be critical about who they trust with their spiritual lives and personal matters.

So, like I said- and the avid reader of my work will note- this thing of organized gang stalking can go two ways boys and girls. Hey, you there- onlooker’s and lurkers, a question: what could make a guy so depressed that he might kill himself? Hmmm. My guess is “something hidden in darkness.”

Suicide at Vegas Mormon temple was federal judge’s son

Published November 21, 2013 6:57 am

Las Vegas • A 26-year-old man who authorities say killed himself in the courtyard of a Mormon temple in Las Vegas was identified Wednesday as the son of a federal appeals court judge.
Scott Greer Bybee of Henderson died in the shooting just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday while services were being conducted at the temple, police and the Clark County coroner said.
He was the son of 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Jay Bybee.
No one else was hurt, Las Vegas police Officer Bill Cassell said.
In a statement circulated by a 9th Circuit colleague, Judge Bybee and his wife Dianna Bybee said their son suffered from depression for many years, and they did all they could as parents to help him, including seeking professional advice and treatment.
“While Jay and Dianna mourn for Scott, and grieve for their own loss, they are grateful that he is finally released from his sufferings,” said the statement circulated by Judge Milan D. Smith Jr. of El Segundo, Calif. “They have faith that he is in a better place.”
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints spokeswoman Kristen Howey issued a statement calling the incident tragic and saying the thoughts and prayers of church members were with those involved.

Jay Bybee, 60, was nominated to the San Francisco-based 9th Circuit court by President George W. Bush and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in 2003.
He has been criticized for authoring documents in August 2002, later dubbed torture memos, that gave interrogators wide latitude to use techniques including waterboarding during questioning of terrorism detainees at the U.S. detention camp at Guantanamo Bay and at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.

Organized gang stalking and Mormons

UPDATE: 10-16-2017: This is the lost popular post today, just after i posted this one yesterday, and this one a few days ago.
Mormons make ideal recruits for the FBI, DHS, and the CIA as well as any of the other intelligence agencies. Why is that?
Some speculate it is because they are inherently deluded-that “they know how to keep a sacred” i.e. they cover each others asses when they perpetrate horrific abuses of human rights; blind allegiance to myth and Biblical contortionism and their own specific variants of self righteous racism or moral equivocation that we see all over the map with LEO’s and other public servants of “god” we see all over the map with LEO’s and other public servants of “god” trumps their reason, and intellects, and their “critical thinking skills,”; or, like Catholics and Jews, adherence to Biblical contortionism and its accompanying superstitions about “the devil” make them ideal black and white thinkers whose entire analysis is religious, and unified by this zeal for mythology.
Why Mormons? From AtlasObscura.com

“While this comes as a surprise to most people, in Washington and particularly among people who work with or report on intelligence and law enforcement, it’s common knowledge. And occasionally it leaks into popular culture: In his 2009 memoir Agent Bishop, Mike McPheters describes his years doubling as a FBI agent and Mormon bishop—a community leadership position he inherited from another FBI agent. More recently, a (controversial) subplot on ABC’s Quantico featured a Mormon recruit whose upstanding reputation hid a dark secret.

But, in reality, Mormons end up in these agencies for perfectly logical reasons. The disproportionate number of Mormons is usually chalked up to three factors: Mormon people often have strong foreign language skills, from missions overseas; a relatively easy time getting security clearances, given their abstention from drugs and alcohol; and a willingness to serve.”
In the memoir by McPheetr’s, we see many of  the elements of “what makes a good gang stalking recruit,” ranging from cult beliefs to black and white thnking and us-v-them constructs; to sycophantic worship of power embodied by the FBI, to  one tribal interpretation and co-option of the Jesus myth, and especially noteworthy is a “fight against Satan!”
Those evil trough slurping Sataniss’s are everywhere, dontchaknow!:
When Mike got his dream job as an FBI agent, he never thought he would also be called as an LDS bishop four times! Follow Mike as he recalls his adventures as an FBI agent and inspiration as a bishop. As Mike fought crime and Satan with a pistol in one hand and scriptures in the other, he learned the importance of obedience in both jobs. Filled with surprises and unexpected thrills, and told with humor and ease, Agent Bishop: True Stories from an FBI Agent Moonlighting as a Mormon Bishop is the perfect memoir for the FBI agent in all of us!

Some even say that there is a “Mormon mafia” in the FBI. So, when reading the blogs and online narratives, keep this phrase in mind, because often, the writers will allude to being pursued by the mafia.
